Amazing what a day does.  Today I felt great.  I ran in the early morning.  My set was a 47 minute run with a 24 minutes at high threshold pace.  I warmed up for 10 minutes, with HR @ 145, then pushed my HR to 185 for 24 minutes.  During this span I covered 4 miles! Wow that is 6 minute miles.  Fastest that I have done for even that amount of time.  Cooled down for 13 minutes graduallly lowering my HR back to 135.  Total distance 6.65 miles.
