Another very solid week of training and nutrition.  I am very proud of myself these last three weeks, putting 100% into the rest of my training program.    The only thing I need to do better is sleep better, but with a 7 month old you take what you can get.    I feel really good about myself going into week 19, one more solid week of training with a slight taper, one full taper week and I should be nails for my race.  (knock on wood)
