6:00: Swim felt good,  my body feels good,  & mentally I am feeling good. 

350 warmup= 5:25.  long easy strokes breathing every 3-6 strokes.

Drills: 8×25

Main set:
 8 x 100 5 sec rest:  1:20, 1:20, 1:20, 1:22, 1:22, 1:23, 1:2, 1:21.  Felt good remained steady solid stroke.  I did have to go to breathing every 2 strokes on the last 3.
6×150 w/ 45 sec rest:
1:53, 1:54, 1:55, 1:56, 1:54, 1:54, Again felt good, but and did not get tired, but I had to breath every 2 strokes on the last 3, rather than every 4.

Kick 8 x 25.  Kick felt strong, kicked faster than the guys swimming next to me. Ego booster I guess.

Cool down 350:  5:00  again cool down felt very nice, good long strokes with solid form.
