I felt ok in my swim, did not sleep well last night and am a bit fatiqued.

6x 50 sprint: 34.5, 35.10, 35.05, 34.60, 35.00, 34.8.
8 x 25 kick

Late afternoon ride:

My body did not feel good at all in todays ride.  I am tired!  The weird thing is the data looks great.  I rode a primarily flat course and did 45 minutes out and 45 minutes back.  Average HR was 137, peak HR was 150, I rode 31.5 miles (21mph).  It was 86 degrees and a little windy, usually a  side wind wind.
